Installation & Commissioning
We undertake an end to end commissioning of the communication systems procured by the client, starting from site preparation & cabling work to installation and commissioning the system and user training to the client.
All systems are sold with a 1 year warranty. During the warranty period we offer we offer all the corrective maintenance for the complete upkeep of the system either through remote management or visit by our team of engineers as per the technical need.
Post Warranty On-site Support(AMC)
We undertake complete Life Cycle Maintenance Services after the Warranty Period. We engage with the customer by signing an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC), wherein we cover complete maintenance of the system including the Preventive and the Corrective Maintenance to ensure high uptime of the System. The AMC Contract can be signed for one year and renewed every year or can also be signed for up to multiple years.
Customers can sign Contracts for getting their systems maintained through Remote Support and can book an engineer visit if the technical needs arise.
24 x 7 x 365 Support
Regular official working hours of 9.30am to 6pm Support is Applicable for all the Services mentioned above. However the customer can also sign a Premium Services Contract to get Support round the clock for 365 days. The Services here are rendered through both Remote Support as well as Engineer visits to ensure an uptime of 99.55%.
